A founding member of the organization and employee #1, Anand has played a pivotal role in TalentBurst’s growth and evolution over the past two decades. From the company’s earliest startup days through economic challenges and the COVID-19 pandemic, she has helped guide the business through multiple phases of transformation.
As TalentBurst enters its next stage of growth, scaling into a more enterprise-focused organization—Anand will lead global revenue strategy and growth, overseeing business development, client partnerships, and go-to-market execution to further expand TalentBurst HLS’s presence across the healthcare and life sciences landscape.
